These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and jets9 ("the Company", "we", "our", "us"), governing your access to and use of the jets9.net website and all services, features, content, and tools offered through it (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing jets9.net, completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting [email protected].

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or guidelines published elsewhere on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms attached to individual promotions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary document, these Terms shall take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own discretion and risk. jets9 does not guarantee winnings, outcomes, or returns on any wager placed through the Platform.

• You have not previously been excluded or banned from jets9 for any violation of these Terms.

jets9 takes its age verification obligations seriously. All accounts are subject to identity and age verification prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. We may request government-issued identification documents including a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension.

If jets9 has reasonable grounds to believe that an account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria above, we reserve the right to immediately suspend the account, void any pending bets, and withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation. If it is established that a player was underage at the time of registration, all deposits made by that player will be returned and all winnings will be voided.

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) account on jets9. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, jets9 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any active or pending bets, and confiscate any bonus funds held in those accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jets9 username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong password that is unique to your jets9 account and not reused from other services.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members, friends, or any third party claiming to act on jets9's behalf.
• Log out of your account at the end of each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
• Notify jets9 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

jets9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access was made possible by the player's failure to keep their credentials confidential. jets9 support will never ask for your password under any circumstances. If you receive any communication claiming to be from jets9 and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it immediately.

Account registration at jets9 is free of charge. jets9 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. jets9 also reserves the right to close an account at any time if the account holder is found to be in breach of any of these Terms, with reasonable notice provided where appropriate.

jets9 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are currently supported on the Platform:

• bKash — instant deposit, swift withdrawal processing
• Nagad — instant deposit, swift withdrawal processing
• Rocket — supported for both deposit and withdrawal
• Upay — supported for both deposit and withdrawal
• Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladesh financial institutions

The minimum deposit at jets9 is ৳300. There is no upper limit on deposits, though jets9 may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposit amounts as part of our standard account review procedures. Deposits are credited to your jets9 wallet in real time for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to be reflected in your account balance.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets from fully verified accounts are processed within the same session in the majority of cases. Bank transfer withdrawals are handled within 24 hours of the request being reviewed by the jets9 payments team.

All withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. jets9 reserves the right to request identity documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may also be delayed or withheld if jets9 has reasonable grounds to suspect that the account is involved in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering. In such cases, jets9 will notify the account holder and may report the matter to relevant authorities.

jets9 does not charge players a platform fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or mobile money operator) may apply their own service charges. jets9 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

jets9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL tournaments. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms, which are published at the point of opt-in.

The following general bonus rules apply across all jets9 promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance and are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are clearly stated in the individual bonus terms and are calculated based on the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount where specified).
• Only certain game categories may contribute to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100% and live casino games contribute at a reduced rate. The eligible games list is published with each bonus offer.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. Any bonus funds and associated winnings remaining after the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.

• Bonuses are issued for personal use only. Sharing, transferring, or selling bonus credits to another player is strictly prohibited.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to exploiting software errors, placing offsetting bets to minimise wagering risk, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or using funds sourced from any fraudulent activity — will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent ban from the Platform.

jets9 does not retroactively change the wagering requirements of any bonus after a player has opted in. If you believe a bonus term has been applied incorrectly to your account, contact [email protected] within 72 hours of the discrepancy occurring.

jets9 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable environment for all players. To protect the integrity of the Platform, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in any game or Platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of an error are void and will be removed from the account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in live casino games or sports betting markets, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering activity, fraudulent transaction, or other illegal financial conduct.
• Providing false or misleading information during account registration, identity verification, or any communication with jets9 support.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform, including denial-of-service attacks, injection of malicious code, or any other form of unauthorised system interference.
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation services to circumvent geographic or account-based restrictions imposed by jets9.

jets9 monitors Platform activity continuously using automated systems and manual review processes. If a player is found to be engaged in any prohibited conduct, jets9 reserves the right to take any or all of the following actions without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account, void all active and pending bets, withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Players who become aware of prohibited conduct by other users are encouraged to report it to [email protected]. jets9 treats all such reports confidentially and investigates them thoroughly.

All content on the jets9 Platform — including but not limited to the jets9 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, code, and all other materials — is the property of jets9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your own personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jets9.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any software or game hosted on the Platform.
• Use the jets9 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without explicit written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on Platform content without express written permission from jets9.

Game content provided through the Platform is owned by and licensed from third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others. All intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. jets9 makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to jets9 by players may be used by jets9 for any purpose without compensation or acknowledgement to the submitting player.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jets9 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes, which are inherently subject to chance and risk.
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond jets9's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Errors or inaccuracies in game results arising from software bugs, provided jets9 takes prompt corrective action upon becoming aware of the issue.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional materials.

jets9 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. jets9 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

In any event, jets9's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jets9 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by jets9's negligence to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of jets9 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jets9 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to that subject matter.
